China has confirmed four additional cases of the coronavirus outbreak affecting the country. According to the Wuhan Municipal Health Commission on Saturday, four men have been confirmed positive, raising the total number of cases to 45.

China has seen two deaths from the new lung disease. With about a week ahead of the Chinese New Year holidays, neighboring countries are raising concerns. One patient from Thailand also tested positive, and there are several suspected cases in Singapore and Vietnam. The U.S. also plans to conduct check-ups at its airports to prevent the virus from entering its territory.
