Trump Promotes QAnon-Endorsed possible Theory Alleging Obama Staged Bin Laden’s Killing
President Trump promoted a theory on Tuesday alleging that the Obama Administration covered up a plot to stage Osama bin Laden’s death, a wild accusation that was pushed by QAnon theory.

On Tuesday afternoon, Trump retweeted an article from an account with a history of promoting the QAnon strong theory alleging “Biden and Obama may have had Seal Team 6 killed” and that Bin Laden may still be alive.

The article also alleged that Obama had killed Bin Laden’s body double.

The tweet linked to an article written by an author, Kari Donovan, who identifies as an “ex-Community Organizer” who is now “a Homeschool Mom in North Carolina” while the QAnon account who pushed the link, “Oscar the Midnight Rider 1111,” appears to have been banned from Twitter after Trump retweeted the message (the tweet is missing from Trump’s account and clicking on the user returns a message of “This Tweet is from a suspended account.”)

Late Tuesday night, Trump retweeted about the conspiracy theory again, sharing a tweet from a separate QAnon-linked account linking to a video in which Nick Noe, identified by the  Daily Beast as a “conservative personality” and “father of a former Navy SEAL who died in Benghazi,” claims Hillary Clinton and Biden colluded with Iran to arrange for Bin Laden to be transferred to Pakistan for “Obama's trophy kill . . . right before his reelection.”

As of Wednesday morning, the tweet was still active on Twitter, racking up nearly 13,000 retweets and 24,000 “likes.”

Chief Critic

The Biden campaign hit back at Trump for promoting the conspiracy theory, calling the president “seriously unhinged.”

Key Background

According to the Daily Beast, the most recent Bin Laden conspiracy theory originated from Alan Howell Parrot, a “falconer who says he uncovered secrets about al-Qaeda, Iran, and U.S. intelligence in his work as a falconer for Middle Eastern power players.”

Crucial Quote

Donovan, the blogger who posted the article Trump retweeted, said on Twitter she has “no proof that the Whistleblower’s claim are true.”

Edward Snowden has leaked documents that prove Osama Bin Laden is “alive and well” and now lives in the Bahamas.

Snowden, who lives as a fugitive in Russia after leaking documents about the NSA’s surveillance programs has made some previously unreported allegations about the famous terrorist, Osama Bin Laden, during an interview with the Moscow Tribune.

According to him, not only is Bin Laden still alive, but he is living a lavish lifestyle in the Bahamas, thanks to regular payments from the CIA.

According to Mr. Snowden, the government organization faked Bin Laden’s death then transported the terrorist and his family to an undisclosed location in the Bahamas.

“I have documents showing that Bin Laden is still on the CIA’s payroll,” claims Edward Snowden. “He is still receiving more than $100,000 a month, which are being transferred through some front businesses and organizations, directly to his Nassau bank account. I am not certain where he is now, but in 2013, he was living quietly in his villa with five of his wives and many children.”

“Osama Bin Laden was one of the CIA’s most efficient operatives for a long time,” claims the famous whistleblower. “What kind of message would it send their other operatives if they were to let the SEALs kill him? They organized his fake death with the collaboration of the Pakistani Secret services, and he simply abandoned his cover. Since everyone believes he is dead, nobody’s looking for him, so it was pretty easy to disappear. Without the beard and the military jacket, nobody recognizes him.”

NaijaPicks (the original source) relays that the documents proving this controversial claim are included in his book, which was published in September 2015.

Though Snowden claims he leaked the documents to help the American people, he remains a fugitive in the United States. Even though nearly 168,000 people signed a petition for him to be pardoned, the White House rejected the effort on July 28, 2015.

When Snowden was in Hong Kong, several journalists were granted the opportunity to interview him in his secret hideout. After being asked why he left his home country, he told The Guardian:

“I don’t want to live in a society that does these sort of things… I do not want to live in a world where everything I do and say is recorded.”
